Janene Britton
Owner
With more than 15 years of flooring sales and experience, Janene Britton started her own business in 2016 to serve the local community with a complete range of floorcovering and floor care services. In just a short time, the business has grown to include a wide footprint in the surrounding area- including Charlotte, Columbia, Greenville/Spartanburg and Charleston. Her relationship with mills and manufacturers allows her to offer great pricing and quick delivery, in most cases. Janene is a resident of Rock Hill but is never far from her Chester roots! She loves the Clemson Tigers and is a big supporter of all things Rock Hill.
Hank Duke
Sales
Hank Duke, lifelong resident of Clover, has been in the flooring business for over 30 years. Hank's primary focus has been new construction, but works with all residential and commercial customers. Hank spends his free time at the Beach!
Daphne Mahon
Estimator
With over 25 years of retail experience and 20 of those years owning her own business, Daphne knows how important Customer Service is to small businesses. Her leadership over the last 35 years in different volunteer community organizations and her construction knowledge made her perfect for Britton Flooring.
Elizabeth Williams
Business Manager
Elizabeth joined Britton Flooring in 2022. She has 30 years experience in corporate finance and accounting, her last 12 years as Controller with Meritor, an automotive company. She is a Clemson graduate, Chi Omega, and super excited to learn a new industry.

Jason Black
Operations Manager
Jason joined Britton Flooring as the Warehouse Manager in 2023. With over 4 years of experience managing a warehouse and 15 years in industrial construction as a supervisor Jason has been a great asset to the Britton Flooring team. Jason spends his spare time with his wife and three children and enjoys cooking BBQ.

Owner Janene Britton is a longtime resident of Rock Hill and has been in the flooring business for over 20 years. Due to the demand for her expertise and great reputation for outstanding customer service, she decided to go into business for herself in 2016. Britton Flooring has added 2 additional sales staff to work with you. Hank Duke, lifelong resident of Clover, has been in the flooring business for over 30 years and Kim Taylor, 3 years' experience in the flooring business, brings her knowledge of customer service from her many years' experience in the Health Care industry. With our combined experience in flooring and customer service, rest assured, you will be taken care of!
